**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Manage and respond to all insurance-related questions
- Provide analysis for insurance needs
- Provide quotes for the Advisory team
- Manage end-to-end process and admin requirements (follow-ups for pending cases)
- Prepares compliance forms, maintains accurate client records
- Manage in-force insurance business and policy changes (renewals, cancellations, yearly premiums, in force illustrations)
- Assist in the underwriting process by collecting and verifying all documentation, and serving as the point of contact for client inquiries/requests
- Effectively liaise with other departments (internal and external)
- Engage in collaborative sessions with leadership/colleagues to enhance cross-team workflows and deliver high-end integrated solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- LLQP mandatory
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Strong customer service and organization skills
- Be an advocate for your clients and their needs
- Experience working within a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
