One of BC's largest Autoplan Brokerage is looking for Auto Insurance Advisors to join their team in Vancouver. Part of the Navacord family, AllWest's philosophy is to serve the needs of our customers and provide them with caring, competent, and confident representation at all times. Customer service is our number one priority.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and in person
- Provide confident recommendation of AllWest services and products (auto and personal lines)
- Ensure compliance with ICBC regulations
- Follow up calls/inquiries with existing customers
- Process customer transactions
- Complete daily administrative duties and reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A valid General Insurance Level 1 or 2 licence
- Accurate and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Flexible availability (a mix of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts)

**Benefits**

All employees are eligible for medical and dental coverage upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
