At Body Science, we are proud to operate a fun, modern rehabilitation clinic. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, psychotherapists, and functional medicine practitioners who LOVE what we do.

We are looking for someone with positive energy, who is detailed and social and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space. We will train you on any aspects of the clinic that you are not familiar with. We believe that the front desk staff is really the engine of the clinic, and is just as important as the therapists

Duties would include, but not limited to:

- Chatting with patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
- Answering the phone to describe our services, and book patients into the therapists schedule.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic. i.e. sweeping the clinic every day, wiping down desks/work spaces, mopping every day, emptying trash as needed, cleaning bathrooms etc.
- Accepting payment from patients.
- Setting up general information in patient motor vehicle accident plans on HCAI.
- Submitting direct billing.
- Re-booking and scheduling patients.
- Keeping detailed reports of key performance indicators (metrics, statistics) using Excel spreadsheets.
- Filling diffusers.

This position will be 4 hrs, Wednesday to Friday and 6.5 hrs on Saturday, with potential for growth to full-time/more hours.

The position will start with approximately 3 hours per day shadowing our current receptionist for orientation, transitioning to full shifts within the following 1-2 weeks.
