Are you a friendly, confident, and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent patient care? We’re looking for a dynamic **Patient Care Coordinator** to join our vibrant dental team If you love creating a welcoming environment and helping patients access dental care, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet patients with a warm smile and make them feel at home. We like to provide VIP patient experience.
- Handle calls, schedule appointments, and keep our schedule running smoothly
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain dental benefit eligibility.
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and the checkout process with accuracy and care
- Support administrative duties like filing, data entry, and keeping the office organized

**Who You Are**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a busy dental office
- Skilled in billing using ODA dental codes and handling insurance claims
- Knowledge of dental terminology and daily office workflow
- A multitasker who stays calm and collected during busy times
- A team player willing to pitch in whenever needed
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- An effective communicator who connects easily with patients and staff
- Confident, assertive, and a fantastic problem solver

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience as a dental assistant (not required, but a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
