**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and update patient information as necessary.
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and insurance benefits.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the management of office operations to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and office protocols.
- Support billing processes by verifying insurance information and processing claims.

**Skills**
- DENTRIX is an asset
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
