**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with client needs and drive engagement.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams or projects effectively.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.

Pay: $45,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
