Due to our event business, we are hiring highly motivated, service-oriented cooks with various levels of experience to join the Culinary Department. Our positions include **full time and** **part-time **starting from ENTRY LEVEL PREP COOKS TO EXPERIENCED BANQUET EVENTS COOKS. Our culinary team proudly operates a “scratch” kitchen using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Formal training at an accredited culinary school. Food Safe Certification.
- Experience preferably working in a high-volume operation such as a high-end hotel, restaurant or convention centre.
- Strong focus on service excellence; professional and positive attitude that contributes to teamwork.
- Proficient English communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members in a busy environment and for safety within the kitchen.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and interested to learn.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts across 7-day opening hours, with some evening availability.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight (pots, pans, etc.) and carry several feet.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances in the large Facility, as well as perform repetitive motions and lift 20kg regularly during shift.
