**Summary**

MUJI Canada seeks an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate for our E-Commerce Fulfillment team working in our MUJI Metrotown Store. If your experience and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you

The primary responsibility of the part time E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is to support the fulfillment team by assisting in the day-to-day operations. Staff must be proactive and excel in a multi-tasking environment which is constantly changing. The ideal E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate will be well versed in MUJI's philosophy and possess a love for its products.
- As the E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service through speedy order fulfillment.
- Facilitate the team by providing support in various job functions.
- Staff will be expected to communicate and collaborate with different departments to resolve issues/ answer questions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Quality control of items packed and shipped.
- Assist with online returns to the store and continuously work to minimize out of stock situations.
- Assist with replacement orders.
- Work closely with the e-commerce division to continuously improve website and operations based off customer feedback.
- Help achieve team goals and quotas.
