We are seeking a full-time Inventory & Fulfillment specialistto join our team. What You Will Do:

The Inventory & Fulfillment specialist will be responsible for managing Inventory, warehouse affairs and maintaining order delivery commitments to our customers by managing our e-commerce, B2B, and retail fulfillment. Transferring data from different fulfillment dashboards into accounting dashboard. Knowing e-commerce platforms and to be able t o work with them.

You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have experience using your strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external partners. As someone who has a solid foundation in Inventory and warehouse management, logistics, and fulfillment, as well as Quality Assurance/Control, your continuous improvement mindset will be vital to Envo's growth to streamline processes and improve in the areas of cost, speed, and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels across all channels: Shopify, Costco, 3PL warehouses, and internal systems
• Oversee Zoho Inventory and ERP integrations to ensure real-time inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely production and delivery
• Work closely with 3PL partners to manage daily order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies or delays
• Forecast demand based on seasonality, sales trends, and market growth
• Handle purchase orders, inbound/outbound shipments, and receiving processes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure inventory aligns with demand and delivery promises
• Generate inventory, sales, and logistics reports for leadership and planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management within an eCommerce or consumer product environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Zoho Inventory/CRM, and working with 3PLs
• Experience working with big-box retailer platforms like Costco is a strong asset
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Highly organized with a process-driven mindset and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills

Physical Requirements and Special Demands:

• Required standing or sitting for several hours straight at a time
• Frequently bend and twist throughout the day
• Occasionally lift over 50 lbs
