**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exterior Technician/Lead Hand Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of tasks related to siding installation, metal bending, roofing, and snow removal during the winter months. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our exterior construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and participate in siding installation projects, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of the job.
- Evaluate and prepare surfaces for siding installation, including strapping, and weatherproofing as needed.
- Skillfully bend and shape metal components to fit the specific requirements of each project.
- Safely operate specialized tools and equipment required for siding and metal bending.
- Utilize roofing expertise to assist with roofing projects as needed.
- Perform roof inspections and ensure any damage is repaired/replaced.
- During winter months, lead snow removal efforts to ensure safe access to properties, including operating snow removal equipment and managing snow clearing schedules effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in siding installation, metal bending, and roofing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team of workers.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in construction and snow removal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective time management and organizational skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Good stamina and physical health
- Ability to read, write, speak English.

**Job Type **Full-time

**Salary **$70,000 annually

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
