Inside Sales Representative

SinaLite is a family owned business which has been operating since 1999. What started as a small 1,200 square-foot print shop which operated a single small AB-Dick printer has blossomed into a company of 150+ employees, containing several million dollars worth of printing equipment, and achieving a yearly sales revenue of 40+ million with over 20,000+ customers across North America.
**Job Summary**: The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for maintaining profitable sales. The position will manage the establishment of profitable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
**Note**: This position can be based out of the Inside Sales Rep's home.
You are responsible for supporting the company vision and mission. Because you will be in contact with current and prospective customers, and you are in a strong position to influence their satisfaction, educate, inform and add value to the experience of doing business with SinaLite. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. This is predominantly an inside sales position.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develop new business leads and own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, and expansion.
- Continuously refine our ICP and understand customer buying patterns to ensure a constant focus on quality customers to generate revenue.
- Conduct in-person discovery, sales, and account review meetings with prospects and customers.
- Enhance existing relationships to grow SinaLite revenue.
- Maximize spend on existing accounts within your territory.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities.
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation YOY.
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during the sales cycle
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar field sales role
- Track record of exceeding sales targets using an outbound sales motion selling into small / mid-market companies
- Experience in a transactional sales environment utilizing value-based and solution-based selling techniques
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills along with presenting experience.
- High work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
- Reliable transportation to travel within the greater Toronto area (SinaLite reimburses mileage)
- Prior Start-up sales experience is an asset
- Experience in tech/SaaS, print or consumer goods is an asset
- Salesforce experience is an asset
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset
