We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Vin Bon's line of wine products to restaurants, bars, event halls, and other establishments within your designated territory. This role offers the opportunity to engage with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including restaurants, bars, event halls, and other relevant establishments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Present Vin Bon's products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- A passion for wine and a willingness to learn about Vin Bon's products.
