**Lead, Innovate, and Inspire in Housing Support at CUPS**

CUPS is seeking a **seasoned people leader** with expertise in **program design, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration**to join our team as **Manager, Housing**. - Team Leads and Housing Strategy Coordinator, 25 Indirect Reports

The **Manager, Housing** is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership to CUPS Housing Teams, ensuring programs are delivered within CUPS integrated and trauma-informed care service delivery frameworks. The Manager, Housing will plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all aspects of CUPS Housing operations, working in collaboration with the Director, Programming and Operations Leaders to continuously improve Integrated Care services between and within assigned programs and across the agency. This role will work through and mentor program Team Leads to support achievement of program deliverables. The Manager will provide coaching and support for leader development and sustainment of high functioning and trauma-informed work environment delivering high-quality client care.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Build and maintain an **approachable, caring, and trauma-informed** culture for staff, clients, and community partners.
- Directly **supervise and mentor Team Leads,**ensuring accountability and high standards of service.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, and strategic action plans that align with **CUPS’ mission and values**.
- Provide ongoing **coaching, training, and development** opportunities to enhance staff performance and professional growth.
- Strengthen communication and accountability within the **Housing department and across internal teams** to support integrated care service delivery.

**Program Oversight & Service Delivery**
- Lead **continuous program improvement efforts**, ensuring that services effectively meet client needs and program goals.
- Implement **data-driven decision-making** by tracking key program metrics, reporting on outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain oversight of **client care practices**, ensuring alignment with CUPS’ **trauma-informed, Housing First, and Client Centered** principles.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to improve **multidisciplinary care planning** and service integration.
- Ensure **compliance with funding requirements**, housing regulations, and program policies, including CHF guidelines and credentialing processes.

**Stakeholder & Community Engagement**
- Foster strong **internal and external partnerships**, including collaborations with government agencies, landlords, and housing providers.
- Maintain and expand **landlord partnerships**, ensuring positive relationships and effective dispute resolution processes.
- Represent CUPS in **community collaborations, forums, and committees** to advocate for housing solutions and integrated service models.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **5+ years of leadership experience** in housing, community development, or financial support services, with a proven track record of team mentorship and program oversight.
- **8+ years of experience** in housing services, social services, or related fields.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Services or a related field (Diploma with extensive experience considered).
- Expertise in **trauma-informed practice, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and socio-environmental determinants of health**.
