The Manager, Housing is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership to CUPS Housing Teams, ensuring programs are delivered within CUPS integrated and trauma-informed care service delivery frameworks. The Manager, Housing will plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all aspects of CUPS Housing operations, working in collaboration with the Director, Programming and Operations Leaders to continuously improve Integrated Care services between and within assigned programs and across the agency. This role will oversee CUPS Housing, working through Team Leads to support achievement of program deliverables. The Manager will provide coaching and support for leader development and sustainment of high functioning and trauma-informed work environment delivering high-quality client care.

**Leadership**:

- Create an approachable, caring and trauma-informed environment for workers, patients and guests
- The Manager will provide direct supervision to program team leads as well as program specialists and coordinators; maintaining oversight of all teams to ensure the provision of service per CUPS standards, governing body requirements and program goals
- Create goals, objectives, initiatives and action plans that are aligned with the organizational strategic plan and are deployed in coordination with other departments and programs within CUPS
- Provide leadership and coaching to assist employees with the achievement of an integrated model of care for CUPS’ clients, identifying process and skills gaps of staff and contractors to develop improvement plans
- Actively build and reinforce a culture that reflects CUPS purpose, strategic priories and values
- Working closely with Director, Programming to strengthen the culture of information sharing and accountability within housing department and internal teams to support effective integrated care service delivery across all programs
- Develop and maintain a compassionate, professional and successful teams via effective recruitment, training, and engagement strategies
- Maintain oversight of program service delivery to ensure the provision of service per CUPS policies, procedures, service model frameworks and program goals

**Organizational Alignment and Performance**:

- Lead continuous program improvement of CUPS Housing, ensuring achievement of program goals, practices that support client success and employee engagement
- Provide daily direction, support and coaching to direct reports, including regular check-ins and goal setting, supporting team meetings where needed, workload planning, regular coaching and performance management
- Ensure program employees develop and maintain practice knowledge of Integrated Care, the research and evidence behind Brain Science, and standard use of CUPS’ Integrated Care Tool, creating strong trauma-informed and integrated service practices
- Support the delivery of integrated client service through cross-departmental communications, multidisciplinary care planning and information sharing across departments
- Support workers in identifying opportunities to engage additional CUPS services to provide integrated services to clients
- Facilitate the maintenance of accurate and complete client records which meet the demands of integrated care and associated overseeing bodies
- Provide oversight and direction to ensure success of the credentialing processes under CHF Guidelines, ensuring practices and policies are followed for compliance
- Support the development and maintenance of annual housing operating and capital budgets, and exercise necessary controls to assure operations achieve a balanced fiscal position in collaboration with Director of Programming and senior leadership
- Working though direct reports, ensure relationship with Homespace is effective and in good standing
- Oversee development and maintenance of community and Landlord partnerships to provide resources, and cultivate relationships with Landlords to ensure consistency and liaise on concerns or immediate issues by providing on-going open communication.
