CLF Manager will be responsible for providing administrative, rent collection and legal support in managing tenant disputes, lease violations, and eviction processes. The role involves collecting rents, coordinating legal notices, maintaining case records, and assisting with legal documentation. CLF Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all legal processes are handled efficiently and within the boundaries of housing regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of legal documents, including eviction notices, demand letters, and warning notices for tenants in violation of their leases.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of legal actions, notices, and tenant correspondence.
- Liaise with property managers, tenants, and external legal counsel to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on legal matters.
- Help prepare legal materials for court proceedings and represent the company at hearings when necessary.
- Monitor tenant behavior for lease violations, and ensure timely response to mitigate potential disputes.
- Stay updated on housing laws and regulatory changes that could affect company policies.
- Provide support to the legal team in drafting agreements, updating templates, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate with property managers to implement eviction processes, ensuring proper documentation and legal protocols are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on legal activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in legal administration, housing law, or property management law.
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and eviction processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive legal matters with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- English Proficiency

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
