We are looking for a dynamic **Intern Analyst** to join the **Corporate Affairs**team in CPP Investments’ **Public Affairs and Communications** (“PAC”) Department. This role will be in the **Toronto Office**.
**Corporate Affairs**
**Employee Engagement & Communications**plans, executes and delivers high impact, cross Fund communications, initiatives, and activities to ensure leaders and employees are informed, engaged, and contributing to our success.
**Strategic Communications** is focused on driving proactive strategic communications and thought leadership strategies that meaningfully support CPP Investments’ pursuit of its business objectives while enhancing its reputation domestically and internationally.
In this unique internship role, you will work closely with the Corporate Affairs team to develop and distribute dynamic content related to internal and external programs across all channels and platforms. Specifically, you will have the opportunity to contribute to new and fundamental employee communications initiatives, from supporting and creating editorial content and internal speaking events - to externally, planning and executing global and domestic activities, including those related to CPP Investments’ thought leadership strategy, alumni program, and other department business priorities.
**Responsibilities**
- Use storytelling to engage and inform employees and external stakeholders across multi-channel platforms.
- Support global employee and external stakeholder events.
- Contribute to communications plans.
- Help develop research-driven insights to continually enhance the impact of internal communications programs, creating compelling pieces of communication (presentations, infographics, and videos).
- Research and analyze trends and issues to support our business and communication priorities.
- Assist project management and planning efforts to advance the Fund’s employee engagement programs and strategic communications.
- Support the development of key messages, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, and briefing materials on a range of topics.
- Other duties as assigned.
