**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an organized and reliable person to assist our LHIN Pharmacy team with some general office tasks. This position will be FT (40 hours) per week.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As an Administrative Assistant you will provide timely and efficient assistance with a variety of general administrative responsibilities or be assigned to support a project based on the needs of the department or project lead.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Coordinate and tracking of all distribution of equipment.
- Perform multiple administrative tasks such as data entry into CRM, NAV, and Kroll.
- Schedule and confirm pickups with the clients.
- Conducts patient satisfaction surveys.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
- Complete other tasks and duties as delegated by the Manager.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Determine and establish office procedures.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Pharmacy Operations Manager. The Administrative Assistant also liaises with the BSRx employees as appropriate.

Job Qualification

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Minimum education requirement is that you are working towards completing high school diploma or have completed
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication (Verbal and Written) skills
- The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the group.
