**What You Will Do**

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of our new residential communities, helping future tenants find their perfect home. With a special focus on new construction projects, your mission is to turn interest into leases and buildings into communities. You’ll own the leasing process from first hello to move-in day—while making sure each touchpoint reflects our high standard of service.

**Here’s what your days may look like**:

- Serve as a first impression specialist for prospective tenants
- Guide the leasing journey from first inquiry to signed lease
- Recommend pricing, incentives, and leasing strategies that maximize occupancy
- Establish and maintain on-site leasing offices for new developments
- Stay sharp on market trends and competitor offerings
- Manage listings and advertising initiatives across online platforms and local media
- Keep documentation and applicant records organized and up-to-date
- Collaborate with marketing and property teams to elevate campaigns and messaging
- Assist with leasing efforts across our broader residential portfolio as needed

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Warm, people-first energy with strong follow-through
- 3+ years in leasing, hospitality, or customer service
- Confident with leases and tenancy legislation
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Familiar with social media and leasing promotions
- Can rock a hard hat when the site calls for it
- Calm under pressure and quick to adapt

**Work Environment**

Your home base will vary: one day you're in a leasing office at a new site, the next you're conducting showings, or working from our head office on Barrington St. You’ll be mobile, energetic, and active—rain or shine—with occasional evening or weekend hours to match client and market needs. A reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and insurance are essential for this role.
