**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential tenants and maintain active follow-ups on leads
- Conduct property tours and highlight Lifestyle Enclave’s amenities and features
- Guide applicants through the leasing process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to maintain occupancy goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in leasing or property management is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or leasing software is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**
- Calling/ Reaching out to leads

Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through to lease signing.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to secure leases while ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in office administration or property management is a must.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized filing systems.
