**About us**

Ari Properties is a property management business in Halifax, NS.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing residential units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct tours of residential units and provide information to potential tenants.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Note that this position is feelance commission based.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
