Residential Services Agent - Queen's Marque

We are presently seeking a full time Residential Guest Services Agent to join our team. If you believe you have what it takes to help us raise the bar, we would love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Residential Guest Services Agent (GSA) will be situated at the Queen’s Marque, located on the Halifax Waterfront. The Residential GSA will be the “face” of the residential building and will elevate residents’ experience through exceptional, refined customer service. Their bureau will act as the hub for resident activity planning requiring knowledgeable, prompt recommendations for residents. Many residents will depend heavily upon the Residential GSA, making the position respected and highly regarded.
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting residents and guests; welcoming and assisting with their day-to-day activities.
- Responding to all resident inquiries and will assist in coordinating services.
- Enforce onsite policies and procedures while reporting emergencies, maintenance concerns and building component failures to the onsite operations team.
- Maintain a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances.
