*Duties*
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Food preparation
- Bartending
- Guest experience is the priority
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently occasionally
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and provide information about services occasionally
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Utilize phone systems and software to manage reservations and guest requests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

*Experience in the following *
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a guest services setting
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
