As an** Accounts Receivable Administrator - Contract **you will be involved in the day to day activities of the accounting department of a company with more than $500 million in revenue If you have a meticulous eye for numbers, this is the position for you

**Job Description**:
**Are you able to?**
- Process accounting transactions
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Process customer refunds
- Prepare journal entries
- Collect outstanding receivable balances
- Analyze financial data
- Multitask, meet tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**:
**Do you have?**
- A College Diploma/University Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
- Proficient skills in Excel (Intermediate), Word, Outlook; Oracle or SAP would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as attention to detail
