Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm

**Salary: dependent on work experience**

Castlehill Insulation Inc. has been in business for nearly 33 years. Castlehill Insulation is a family-owned and operated Insulation company. Castlehill Insulation Inc. provides construction services within GTA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all functions related to A/R
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare monthly and sequential invoices into accounting system
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data to ensure an accurate audit trail of transactions.
- Enter all EFT when received and verify amounts against customer invoice.
- Maintain client accounts to ensure account information is up to date and sets up new customers in the database/accounting software.
- Run weekly aged reports and reviews accounts to flag/follow up on any accounts that have exceeded their payment terms.
- Monitor, follow up and update unpaid AR invoices
- Liaise with customers and internal staff members
- Prepare updates and reports for management as required.
- Other duties, responsibilities as assigned

**Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, accountability and teamwork.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships.
