**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Officer to join our financial team. In this role, you will manage and monitor incoming payments, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Your primary goal will be to improve cash flow and minimize receivables risk. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial processes.

**Duties**
Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Follow up on overdue accounts, sending reminders, and negotiating payment plans as necessary.

Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Prepare regular reports on receivables status, including aging reports and cash flow projections.

Assist with month-end closing procedures, ensuring all accounts receivable transactions are accounted for.
Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable processes and financial services.
- Strong math skills for accurate calculations and reconciliations.
- Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Effective negotiation skills to discuss payment arrangements with customers.
- Familiarity with accounts payable functions is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,348.00-$62,127.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
