**Position Overview**:
**Work Hours: Monday to Friday**, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Flexibility required for occasional weekends and varying hours)

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute raw material consumption into production work orders using the ERP system (Canopy).
- Receive goods accurately into Canopy, ensuring proper documentation and data entry.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies by employing RF scanners and physically verifying inventory as necessary.
- Investigate the root cause of any discrepancies and communicate findings to the Shipping Supervisor.
- Maintain effective communication with blender operators, scale operators, shippers/receivers, and management personnel.
- Collaborate with Supervisors to address warehouse or employee issues related to inventory control.
- Support the daily and monthly cycle count program to ensure consistent and accurate inventory information.
- Assist in maintaining product and location integrity, focusing on accuracy.
- Aid the Accounting team in addressing raw material costing discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot errors in the scanning/labelling system.
- Exercise control over inventory consumption through the scanning gun and Canopy.
- Generate and analyze reports from Canopy to assess costing, waste, and usage of raw materials.
- Assist the shipping department in resolving technical issues and amending purchase orders or sales orders.
- Provide assistance in troubleshooting and repairing production scales, printer, as required.
- Support the training of new blender operators, scale operators, and Lead Hands regarding daily production paperwork.
- Execute special projects as assigned by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as required.

**Work Environment & Physical Demands**:

- Operate a forklift occasionally to troubleshoot inventory (valid forklift license required or willingness to be trained).
- Work within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (may occasionally lifting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling of objects).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in computerized ERP systems, including advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with Canopy is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent mathematical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
