Inventory Control Supervisor

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Setup and manage all company warehouse and bin locations inside the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate part identification and location records.
- Maintain and schedule the daily cycle count program for both Cambridge and Raleigh facilities. Prepare monthly/ annual reports.
- Analyze inventory trends to ensure appropriate levels to support company business streams.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports including E&O, WIP and raw material for all business units.
- Investigate and monitor all inventory issues. Determine root causes and track follow up actions to completion.
- Maintain accurate inventory adjustment records in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee ECO implementation as it relates to inventory moves and adjustments.
- Coordinate and champion annual physical inventory counts.
- Oversee Inventory Control Coordinator(s)
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: University or college diploma in business or inventory management studies. CPIM preferred.
**Experience**:5-7 years materials/ logistics and warehousing experience. Strong working knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
**Specific Skill Ability and Knowledge**:
- Advanced knowledge of shipping/ receiving and warehousing processes.
- Familiar with ERP systems and principles. Experience using Epicor is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates proficient problem solving skills to manage issues, such as stock discrepancies or work order inconsistencies.
- Strong analytical skills to study inventory statistics, verify numbers and track shipments.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Advanced knowledge of BOM structures and types.
- Detail oriented person with and eye or small inconsistencies.
- Strong understanding of production control processes.
- Ability to deviate from routine processes to achieve goals when required.
- Understanding of basic quality functions an asset.
- Energetic, action-oriented individual that raises the caliber of work around them.
- Must be able to delegate instructions to a team with clear objectives.
