Raffi Jewellers operates in 2 location at our Flagship Boutique in Cambridge and in Conestoga Mall, Waterloo.

We are currently looking for a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our growing team and take-on a dynamic and rewarding career in luxury jewellery and watches.

**Primary Function**:
The Inventory Clerk supports proper tracking and movement of inventory throughout Raffi, from orders to sales. Working at the direction from the Inventory Control Lead, it involves ordering, arranging transportation, receiving, coding and entering items and distribution to store on a timely basis. The role involves overseeing quarterly inventory counts, completing reconciliations, producing reports and processing online orders. The role also involves training staff on inventory matters.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Using Raffi systems, identify, record, tag, track, and maintain all inventory related data
- Send inventory to its proper location, taking proper security precautions
- Analyze sales records and compare them to physical store inventory
- Produce relevant reports relating to unsolved discrepancies
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers regarding inventory count results
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Responsible for determining location of stock that is not on the sales floor or in customer bags
- Ordering supplies
- Support efforts to ensure that all stock on the sales floor is organized, properly stored, and in good condition
- Train Sales Consultants on steps to be taken during inventory counts
- Assist clients on the sales floor when necessary
- Investigate cases of loss
- Recommend and implement loss prevention strategies
- Maintain appropriate product knowledge to enable competency on the sales floor
- May be responsible to assist with store opening or closing
- Attend team meetings
- Enter register transactions accurately
- Follow store policies, procedures, and promotions
- Answer calls, check phone messages and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Achieve client satisfaction levels
- Ensure appropriate conveyance of information regarding any inventory changes
- Follow security policies.

**Preferred Education & Experience**:

- Experience in inventory management or similar with min 2+ years experience

**Requirements**:

- Detail orientated, highly organized
- Inventory management experience
- familiarity with Edge is an asset

**Work Environment**:

- Luxury Retail
- Sales floor
- Office

**Working Relationships**:

- Work closely with Inventory Control Lead, Sales Consultants and Office staff
