**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of care. The Clinic Manager will work closely with the chiropractic team, support staff, and patients to create a positive, efficient, and productive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate patient care and treatment schedules, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and bank deposits.
- Provide administrative support to the team, practitioners, and patients.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Use technology effectively to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Maintain a positive clinic atmosphere, fostering strong relationships with both patients and staff.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Perform general receptionist duties such as filing, data entry, and drafting correspondence.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and attract new patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in healthcare management or within a chiropractic/wellness setting.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Certification or degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience with PMP Software, WSIB, and MVA Claims is an asset.**

**Compensation**:
Hourly compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, and transferable skills.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.25 per week
