Waterloo Foot Clinic is one of Canada's largest Chiropody clinics, our 5 Chiropodists, 2 Foot Care Nurses, 2 Pedorthists, and team of assistants work together to provide the highest level of care for all patients. Chiropodists, or Foot Specialists, are medical professionals who focus primarily on the foot and ankle. We asses a number of issues not limited to: ingrown toenails, fungal issues, sports injury and rehabilitation, orthotics, warts and much more.

Work days are Monday-Friday.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and set up of the treatment rooms, sterilization of instruments, and maintaining Podiatric equipment
- Facilitating clinic work flow by bringing patients to rooms and communicating with practitioners and other staff members.
- Assisting with therapeutic treatments as delegated by the Chiropodist
- Assisting with the proper setup of rooms for routine and surgical procedures.
- Maintaining and updating patient records, scanning documents into patient files.
- Ordering supplies and receiving incoming shipments.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining practitioner schedules.
- Greeting and signing in patients when they enter the clinic.
- Managing billing to patients and their insurance companies.
- Other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
