We need to add one strong, enthusiastic interior design/décor professional to our core team of sales and design experts. Put your design talents to use in a dynamic work environment with a fantastic group of people.

You will have a great sense of style, an eye for detail and passion for furniture and design. You are competent creating functional floor plans, recommending and promoting the most appropriate products from our massive selection, and coordinating fabrics and colours.

Your selling style is confident and relaxed. You will have the ability to guide our customers effectively while remaining persuasive, and you are as comfortable working in the store as you are in our customers' homes. Your professional goals are to deliver the most beautiful rooms, provide the best in customer service and earn an excellent income.

Ideally you will have experience selling in a retail environment and are able to work weekends. _**Paramount Home & Design**_ offers a guaranteed wage with unlimited income potential. A complete benefits package is available after 3 months including extended health, dental and life insurance for you and your family, quarterly performance incentives, paid vacation time, and company funded events. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
