Drive Motorsports, an automotive dealer in Richmond, specializing in luxury and exotic automobiles has one position open to join our vibrant and professional team.

We are currently looking to fill one position as Sales Consultant. You will work with our experienced and enthusiastic team to achieve personal and company goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering the highest level of client satisfaction by identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Working with General Manager to ensure processes and policies are followed
- Enter client information into 180 (CRM System)
- Promote new business and contribute to company’s customer base by following up on all leads from various sources
- Source new clients from prospecting and referral business
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, prices, features, colors, options, and standard equipment
- Delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure the customer understand the vehicle’s operating features, and managing expectation with honest, and full disclosure
- Utilizing all resources provided to maximize opportunities and gross margins

**Requirements**:

- Effective negotiation skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Team oriented
- Able to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adhering to company’s sales processes
- Extensive knowledge about vehicles, especially European brands
- Ability to multi task and prioritize while being able to problem-solve
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Additional language is not mandatory but will be an asset
- Knowledge of One-Eighty is an asset but not mandatory
- Valid VSA & Driver License (Class 5*) with clean drivers abstract
- Preferable 1 Year Experience in Automotive Sales

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
