LP Auto is currently looking for a full time Sales Consultant to join our team As a Sales Consultant, you will help manage all retail customers both on the floor and on the phone/digital. You will work with a dynamic team to help you achieve your sales goals.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Selling pre-owned vehicles by determining customer needs
- Prepare estimates while maximizing vehicle sales and profit by achieving sales goals
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge
- Build long lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain a professional and high level of customer service
- Set and establish monthly sales productivity and goals
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure efficiency

- Valid VSA License

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer servicve: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- VSA License (required)
- BC Driver's License (preferred)
