**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain social media accounts which may include
- Facebook ads, AutoTrader postings, Google ads, and other social media websites or buy and sell websites.
- Grow business with successful advertising online to find new business partners and customers.
- Assisting with General Admin Duties
- learn leasing process: including approval of leases, lease documents, assist with general phone calls and admin paperwork for when staff are away, or it is busy. You will learn the basics of the lease program to be able to assist all staff.
- Keep up to date with financial and market trends within various industries.
- Examine new financial opportunities through research and marketing efforts.
- Keep accurate paper records for lease files.
- Meet all legal and ethical requirements.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Suite products
- Willing/ eager to learn

- Strong communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
