**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and client communications.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist with online surveys
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare files with accurate and timely documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client relationships.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
