**ABOUT THE POSITION**

As a sales coordinator you will support our technical sales team. Training will be provided and you will be supported by peers and the sales team. You will work in our new northwest Cambridge facility but initially will spend a period of time training in our Fergus, Ontario facility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage orders, communicating effectively with customers and our sales people
- Review job tenders and submit quotations
- Coordinate after-sales service work
- Work with our CRM software (Hubspot) to manage customer lists and deals
- Create and organize training manuals/presentations
- Engage in marketing activities including employing various digital marketing tactics

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in business or relevant technical school training
- Experience: 0-4 years of post-graduate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking directly to clients
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy work environment with strong attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with internal and external customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products - specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
