LiftWerx is a specialized wind energy contractor which performs large corrective repairs, utilizing both ground-based cranes as well as up-tower cranes. LiftWerx offers both specialized equipment and experienced personnel to perform corrective repairs on a wide variety of wind turbines.

This role is an on-site position based out of our office in Cambridge, ON.

**Responsibilities**
- Integrate sales, operations, and finance departments to create a unified operational plan
- Monitor sales pipeline and coordinate with sales team to ensure utilization of service teams
- Coordinate and optimize projects across multiple regions and sales representatives
- Project future demand based on various factors, including market trends, sales data, and customer feedback
- Work broadly across the organization to identify total resource and equipment required to meet forecasted demand
- Integrate financial planning with sales and operations, enabling decision making about investments, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Own customer invoicing and project closure in CRM.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**Experience & Education**
- 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, or sales and operations planning or equivalent.
- Experience in a service based business considered an asset.
- Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
