Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management of sales throughput, ensuring timely processing of orders and coordination with production. Communicating back to the client on order status.
- Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales.
- Organize and participate in client site visits to understand customer needs and promote GFW Technologies' capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or machining industry.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing technologies is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client site visits.

Pay: $52,123.72-$65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge, ON N1R 7P4
