**Front of House Team Member - Primrose Bagel Co.**

Primrose Bagel Co. is looking for an experienced, energetic **Front of House Team Member** to join our crew. You’ll be the face of the shop—taking orders, handling payments, serving guests, and keeping the counter running smoothly.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in food service, bakery and customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills
- A friendly, professional attitude and attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving, community-focused team
- A passion for bagels and baked goods

**Responsibilities**:

- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Provide warm, efficient service to every guest
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area
- Support the team in daily operations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ year(s) experience in a food and beverage customer service role
- Proficient in operating POS systems (familiarity with Square POS and Ubereats a plus)
- Provides warm and friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile
- Ability to work in a busy, faced-paced setting while prioritizing positive customer service and cleanliness at all times
- Knowledge or the desire to learn about bagels and appetizing foods

This is a full-time position with 4-5 shifts a week. Shifts are typically from 7am to 3pm. Weekend availability is required. Following a three-month probationary period employees gain access to a full company health benefits package.
