Hospital Transfers is the leading provider of non-emergency, patient transfers for medically stable patients throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Using our specially equipped fleet of vehicles, our crews transfers patients via wheelchair and stretcher throughout the healthcare system.

Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive, team player to join us as a full time Recruiter & HR Administrator.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Facilitate employee onboarding and administration
- Maintain employee files, paper and digital
- Administration of benefits and the GRSP program
- Management of employee renewals
- Answering employees' inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Support the payroll and admin team as needed
- General office duties
- Any other duties as assigned by SNT

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the HR field or in HR related functions
- Background in recruitment is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of provincial and federal employment regulations
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems an asset
- Completion or working towards a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources an asset
