We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader to oversee our painting crews, ensure projects stay on schedule, and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

What You’ll Do:
**Lead and manage painting crews on residential projects.**
Plan daily workflow, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to deliver top-quality workmanship.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing updates and addressing questions.
Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and painted using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Oversee site setup, safety compliance, and cleanliness throughout each project.
Maintain and organize all tools and equipment.
Pick up paint and supplies as needed.
Complete daily progress reports and participate in regular check-ins with leadership.
Who You Are:
**Experienced painter with proven crew leadership or supervisory experience (required)**
Skilled at managing teams and maintaining high morale on-site
Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering outstanding results
Strong communicator who builds trust with both team members and clients
Positive, professional, and highly reliable
Physically fit and capable of working with ladders, fall protection, and painting equipment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Legally eligible to work in Canada
