**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the painting crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Train and mentor team members on painting techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
- Monitor job progress, materials usage, and overall team performance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure proper use by all crew members.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a painter with advanced knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and materials.
- Previous supervisory or crew leader experience in a construction or painting setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and work independently when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
