**Job Purpose**:
JYZ Design is looking to grow and we are looking for people to grow with us. This position will support the day-to-day work with supervision from a manager. The successful applicant with be tasked with social media content, UGC content, blog copywriting and some marketing tasks. All our team members get to dip their toes in a variety of tasks and roles, so the more you have to bring to the table, the better.

Please make sure you **include a portfolio** that represents a creative style, experience or a willingness to learn the tasks as described above.

**Requirements**:

- Constant curiosity for marketing optimization and where it fits into the clients' business
- Comfortable with communication standards for a variety of mediums
- Ability to self-edit as well as work of others
- Works to optimize speed of work
- Well organized approach to a variety of project work
- Ability to stay agile, be self motivated to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a high-activity work environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a regiment workflow
- A history of innovation, creativity and delivering results
- A desire to work with designers, art directors, project managers and other writers
- A portfolio of your work - blogs, social content
- Understands Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook popular culture, trends and language
- Able to create and edit a Tiktok and Reels
- Able to write an engaging caption

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
