**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Enter new jobs along with contract values and budget
- Liaison with customers to ensure all proper documentation is update; contract, WSIB certificate, COI, MOL1000, statutory declaration
- Working closely with project managers
- Ensure Invoice receipts and required documents are processed in a timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their account inquiries
- Posting of Inventory and material transfers
- Assist with various office administrative clerical duties
- Assist in generating financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Jonas and Textura or equivalent systems will be an asset
- Strong MS Office Skills, particularly Excel
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and financial services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Strong analytical skills for effective account analysis
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
