As one of the largest YMCA camp providers, the YMCA plays a leading role in providing quality camp experiences for children. The Outdoor Centre at Camp Ki-Wa-Y hosts thousands of students and adults throughout the year and operates under our camping department, based out of St. Clements Ontario.

**What you will do**
- Deliver safe, recreational and educational programs to all users of the site (e.g. students, sports teams, church group participants, corporate groups, etc.)
- Offer friendly and professional customer service to all participants
- Perform kitchen and maintenance support, as required
- Adhere to and be aware of safety guidelines and policies
- Ensure that equipment and program areas are always in good repair
- Ensure that locations are clean and well maintained
- Attend workshops, trainings, conferences and staff meetings as required
- Stay on site overnight as needed
- Assume other duties as assigned

**What you will bring**

Ideally, you will have experience working with children and have a passion for the outdoors. You are an individual that is committed to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs. You have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; the ability to use good judgement and problem-solve; and strong professional conduct. You have up-to-date Standard First Aid and CPR (Level C) certification, or are willing to receive, and the successful completion of Vulnerable Police Records Check within the last 6 months.
