As one of the largest YMCA camp providers, the YMCA of Three Rivers plays a leading role in providing quality camp experiences for children and extraordinary employment opportunities for young people. Our camps serve thousands of campers, hundreds of leadership trainees and employ hundreds of young leaders across our communities. This is where you come in.**What you will do**
Based out of YMCA Camp Ki-Wa-Y, a year round camp and outdoor centre, you will focus on housekeeping and cleaning. Your attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent quality work will ensure our camp facilities meet our high standards for being in a constant state of cleanliness. This physically demanding position requires task flexibility, organization and high levels of energy. You will have the ability to work a flexible work schedule and assume other duties as assigned.The Housekeeping team member interacts with campers and guests frequently. It is imperative that they are friendly and patient and demonstrate a high degree of customer service in all situations. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms, cabins and shared spaces and maintaining cleanliness standards in all assigned cleaning areas.**What you will bring**
You will be able to take direction, work well with mínimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team. You will have a commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment. You will also be required to present an acceptable Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector screening, if successful in being selected for the role. Physical requirements include frequent walking around camp properties, some physical exertion and some lifting.**What you will gain**
