St Marys and Area Mobility Service is a not for profit organization that provides transportation to seniors, those recovering from injury or illness and individuals in our community with varying abilities, to a variety of social and medical appointments. The Program Assistant of St Marys and Area Mobility Service supports the daily operations of the service, through administrative and program support. The Program Assistant reports directly to the Manager of the Service.

Role and Responsibilities:

- 30 hours a week
- Client service and troubleshooting (supporting scheduling team and drivers)
- Orientation and scheduling of all volunteers
- Database management and data entry
- Assist with fundraising and other program development, with support and direction from Manager
- Access to Reliable Vehicle & G License

Education and Experience:

- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and other database technology
- Diploma in social services, human services or office administration or the equivalent work experience
- Basic understanding of the health care sector

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Expected hours: 30 per week
