This is a full time role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas, including:

- Ovens, hoods, vents, and grease traps
- Refrigerators, freezers, and other appliances
- Walls, floors, tiles, and ceilings
- Sinks, counters, cupboards, and worktops
- Use appropriate chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Maintain and report cleaning equipment condition and stock levels
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled cleans
- Follow detailed checklists and client-specific cleaning instructions
- Ensure all work areas are left spotless and ready for use
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in kitchen or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards (especially food-safe environments)
- Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, kneel, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and health & safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, or weekends as needed

**Skillset requirements**:

- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or less
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
