Job Opportunity: Cleaner / Superintendent & Maintenance
Location: North York | Full-Time
We are now looking to hire a reliable and experienced Cleaner / Superintendent & Maintenance to support the upkeep and smooth operation of residential properties in the North york. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, and exterior grounds
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate with contractors and property management when needed
- Maintain building supply inventory and report any issues proactively
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning, general maintenance, or superintendent roles
- Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor building repairs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and management
