We are looking for an experienced cleaning team of two professional commercial cleaners with a strong background in commercial cleaning, ideally with at least 15 years of experience, each.

This role involves conducting two cleaning sessions each week, with each session lasting 2 hours per cleaner.
The responsibilities include ensuring thorough cleanliness of a church, Main Entrances glass doors and Foyer, Office Rooms, Pastors Rooms, Counsel Room, Sanctuary, Stage, Audio Control Area, Corridors, Staircases, Multipurpose Rooms, Fellowship Hall, Classrooms, Prayer Rooms, Bible Study Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Preschool/Toddler Rooms, Gym, Kitchens, Washrooms, and Waste Containers.

**Tasks will include cleaning, wiping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying waste containers, replacing garbage bags, and refilling all hand soap, sanitizer, toilet paper, and hand paper towel dispensers.**

**Cleaning Schedule**:
Starting from October 1st, the cleaning sessions are scheduled twice a week as follows: Twice a week, every Tuesday between 6 pm and 11 pm, and every Saturday between 7 pm and 12 am.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
- Applicants should live in or near North York, preferably within less than 20-minute drive, to ensure timely arrival and manageable travel times.
- Ability to provide two professional references and a brief work history. A police clearance may be required.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

- All cleaning supplies and equipment, including a new vacuum, dust mop, mop heads, mop handles, mop buckets, duster, microfiber cloths, squeegees, disinfectants, and spray bottles, are provided and must remain at the facility.
- Compensation: The couple will receive a combined total monthly payment of $745, not $745 per person.
- Monthly payment is based on completing 8 to 8.3 cleanings per month, with 2 hours per person per cleaning session.
